The Legras & Haas family has been producing wine in Champagne for seven generations. The family now owns 37 hectares of vineyards in Champagne and the vast majority is in Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. that is planted exclusively with Chardonnay. Over the past several years the family has acquired vineyards in Vitry and Les Riceys in order to expand their range. They practice sustainable viticulture methods in the vineyard and take extreme care during the winemaking process. Every varietal and parcel are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then allowed to settle naturally in tank with a minimum of three years in bottle before release. Francois Legras and his sons Remi and Olivier work together to create exquisite wines born from exceptional vineyard sites, high quality grapes and many years of experience.
