Sébastien Clément is a young winegrower in Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne who has always worked for the family Domain, motivated by the passion for wine he inherited from his ancestors and especially from his grand-father, Jean. He learned his trade with his father, Jean Louis, then trained and managed many vinifications in several countries around the world. He has always grown his grapevines with the same philosophy- a traditional production respecting nature and the cycle of seasons. The Domain was the first vineyard in the village to embrace organic agriculture.

The use of traditional and natural vinification methods shows the constant quest for high-quality wine and environmentally aware wine cultivation. The wines produced by the Domain are organically grown and the grapes are cultivated with biodynamic methods following the Demeter International Standards.
