Mélaric was born from a shared passion for terroir wines expressing the place where they were born. On 5 hectares in the south of Saumur, they seek to produce precise, lively and digestible wines with a singular personality, a reflection of their roots and the vintage… Grapes are the essence of wine. It is therefore to the vineyard that Mélanie’s and Aymeric’s energy and efforts are directed, in particular through organic cultivation. Respect for the grapes and respect for the wine… In the cellar, they simply accompany the wines, through long ageing in their chalk cellars.
